About Me:

I am a 37 self-taught cook who has never met a recipe that I didn't want to tackle. I may edit or change it or even alter to the point of being unrecognizable. I "collect" recipe books and magazines (better than the word 'hoard'), and love to experiment in the kitchen. I wanted a place where I can show all of my triumphs and failures in the kitchen.
